The mission of Wisconsin CLASS is to provide a safe and sound investment pool with quality services, which address Participant needs. Wisconsin CLASS welcomes all legal, public entities without favor to one entity type. Wisconsin CLASS is overseen by a ten-member Board of Directors comprised of participant representatives. The Vision of the Board of Directors is that Wisconsin CLASS will be the premier local government investment pool in the state.
Since its inception in 1996, Wisconsin CLASS has assisted a wide variety of public entities with the safe investment of their liquid funds. Wisconsin CLASS is rated 'AAAm' by Standard and Poor's Ratings Services. The 'AAAm' principal stability fund rating is the highest assigned to principal stability government investment pools and is a direct reflection of Wisconsin CLASS's outstanding credit quality and management. The conservative investment practices of Wisconsin CLASS limit exposure to principle losses due to credit, market and/or liquidity risks.
Please note that the WI CLASS pool closed 4/30/12 but that this site will remain active for approximately 60 days for access to historical data and previous statements.
